A distinguished Chartered Accountant and rank holder, Devender has been steering the strategic direction of leading corporates for over 15 years. His expertise spans a wide array of domains, including strategic alliances, technology collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business partnerships, policy frameworks, fund-raising, corporate reporting, treasury, and taxation for large-scale organizations.

During his tenure at BHEL, Devender was pivotal in conceptualizing and executing several landmark and transformative strategic alliances with global giants such as GE, KHI, Siemens, MHI, and Alstom, primarily in the power and transportation sectors.

In 2019, he took on the role of CFO at a major lighting manufacturing and home appliances company, where he was instrumental in identifying growth opportunities, securing funds, and driving business expansion. Building on this success, in 2023, he was appointed CFO for AI-driven health startups backed by Sun Pharma. In this capacity, he played a critical role in establishing corporate frameworks that catalyzed business growth and facilitated the organization’s transformation to the next level.
